What data we process

• Contact form data: name, email address, phone (if provided), service of interest, message and IP address.
• Analytics data (only with your consent): information about your visit, device and browser collected by Google Analytics.
• Marketing data (only with your consent): events recorded by Meta Pixel and Google to measure advertising performance.
• Security data: Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form analyses interaction with the page to tell humans from bots.

Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your request and preparing an offer — your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
• Protecting the form from spam and abuse — legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Site statistics and ad measurement — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

How long we keep data

We keep request data only as long as needed for correspondence and evaluating a possible collaboration, and no longer than 24 months unless we start working together. Retention periods for analytics and marketing data are listed in the cookie policy.

Recipients

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf: hosting and email providers, Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA) and Meta Platforms (Pixel). Google and Meta may transfer data outside the EU/EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@itzone.lv. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
